Section 2 – Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Sacred Mycelium is not responsible for postal delays, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Section 3 – Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at Orders@sacredmycelium.com.
We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Section 4 – 5-Day After-Arrival Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, you may request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.To qualify for a refund or replacement:
Submit your claim within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Provide clear photos of:
The original packaging
The shipping label
The damaged, contaminated, or incorrect item
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Requests submitted after 5 days will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Contamination Claims
For live cultures, spores, or other biological materials:
The item must remain unused and unopened in its original packaging.
You must provide photographic evidence clearly showing contamination.
If the packaging has been opened, altered, or tampered with, the claim will be denied.
Section 5 – Product-Specific Warranty & Return Conditions
Bloom Bag
Warranty valid for 20 days from delivery date.
Bag must remain sealed and unused to qualify.
Photographs of the sealed bag and any issue may be required during review.
Inocu Bag
Warranty valid for 20 days from delivery date.
Bag must remain sealed and unused to qualify.
A clear video recording of the inoculation process must be submitted, showing that only Sacred Mycelium genetics were used.
Use of third-party genetics or failure to provide the video will void the 20-day warranty.
Section 6 – Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Items returned without prior authorization
Products used, opened, or altered in any way
Claims submitted after the 5-day guarantee or product-specific warranty period
Delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Section 7 – Return Process
If your claim is approved:
You will receive return instructions via email.
Items must be returned in their original packaging unless otherwise instructed.
Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or replacement.
Return shipping costs may be covered at our discretion depending on the situation.
